1945年8月6日和9日，美国向日本广岛和长崎投掷原子弹爆炸，日本于8月15日投降，8月17日放射性污染物飘到中国，在其后的十年中，因放射性污染物，中国死亡人口超过日本，人们误以为是瘟疫或鼠疫，中国人口最少时只有4万万。在中国庆祝日本投降的时候，谁也没有想到放射性污染物的灾难也来到了中国。1945年8月17日是中国的国难日。这是2012年2月26日灵排第369例揭开的。

2012年7月底至8月初，堀尾忠正走访了美国，搞清楚了美国的战争思想，他们的思想是把战争放到美国本土以外，不让战争发生在美国本土上。2012年2月26日的第369例灵排揭示：原子弹在日本爆炸后，不久，放射性污染物就从日本飘到了中国，不久就飘到了新疆、喜马拉雅山，那么由此推测，这个放射性污染物最后也会飘到美国，因此，美国也不可能生活在真空中……而且，因原子弹爆炸而死的亡灵无处藏身，那么亡灵只有躲到美国人的肚子里才最安全，于是亡灵附体美国人，美国很多人患了大肚子的疾病……这就是因果报应。
美国现任总统奥巴马获得2009年度的诺贝尔和平奖，据称：因其致力和平工作，为世界带来“对美好未来的希望”，以及他在呼吁减少全球核武器上的努力。既然那样，他应该重视灵排第369例揭开的原子弹爆炸对中国的影响，以及应该更深地考虑对世界的影响。
2012年8月15日，堀尾忠正把中文版《灵排因果录》第二版和Solforce Medicine(2)样书快递给了美国总统奥巴马，希望那些书能遏制美国的对外霸权战争，希望全世界能彻底销毁核武器。
为了使美国总统相信灵排的真实性，对销毁核武器有所促进，不得不提到一些灵排中揭示的中国禁忌的话题。希望该书的出版，能给世界人民的和平、健康、环保带来新希望。
另：2012年8月25日，灵排一例运动神经元疾病时，揭开美国1969年登月是造假，实际美国首次登月是1973年。在登月中，遇到了油脂被冻，齿轮不灵活的困难，灵排结束，造假谜底揭开，那个所谓的美国登月第一人宇航员尼尔-阿姆斯特朗就死去（第454例）。（类似例子，曾经2011年5月1日，灵排一例来自常州的过敏性鼻炎21年揭开阿拉伯王子，灵排完，本.拉登当即死去。那是灵排的第155例。）

Yesterday, President Obama returned to Fort Bliss to reaffirm

The war in Iraq is over. The war in Afghanistan is winding down. 
A million veterans are set to rejoin civilian life in the years 
ahead.
As they do, they’ll be able to pursue their education through 
the Post-9/11 GI Bill. Through the work of First Lady Michelle Obama, Dr. 
Jill Biden, and the Joining Forces initiative, 
companies across America have already hired or trained 125,000
 servicemembers and military spouses.
President Obama wants to see these heroes share in the American
 dream they helped to defend. He’s calling on Congress to 
create the Veterans Jobs Corps, to extend tax credits for 
businesses that hire veterans, and to help our veterans find 
work as police officers, fire fighters, and first responders.
